Woolworths Group is seeking team members for Proactive Services to keep stores clean and trolley-ready, ensuring customers and colleagues experience a hygienic shopping environment. You will work alongside a supportive team, performing cleaning duties and assisting customers when needed.

The role offers flexible options to suit your lifestyle and a path for growth within a large retail organisation. Training is provided for operating equipment, with shifts starting early mornings or late

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift loads between 5–10 kg.
• Willing to work across Monday–Sunday with varied shift starts (6am or 5pm).

Responsabilités

• Sweep shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room; empty bins.
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to meet cleaning needs and assist customers with directions.
• Receive training on operating cleaning equipment and tools.

About The Role

Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition - this enables our Customers (and your colleagues) to experience an environment that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.

What You'll Do

• Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying bins
• Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
• Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
• Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions
• Full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer

What You'll Bring

• An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your career
• Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
• Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
• A good eye for cleanliness and small details
