Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking team members for Proactive Services in Queensland. You will help keep stores hygienic by sweeping floors, cleaning walls and trolley bays, and collecting trolleys to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team with full training on equipment and tools, and you’ll assist customers when needed. Shifts start early or late across Mon-Sun, offering flexible hours to suit different lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–10 kg
• Flexibility to work across shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm

• Collect trolleys on foot from car park and surrounding areas

About the role

Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition - this enables our Customers (and your colleagues) to experience an environment that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.

What you'll do

• Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying bins
• Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
• Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
• Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions
• Full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer

What you'll bring
