Job summary

Ventia Services Group Limited is seeking reliable school cleaners to help maintain NSW Government schools in the Blue Mountains region, including Winmalee, Blaxland and Katoomba. Roles include permanent and casual positions with consistent Monday to Friday hours.

You'll clean classrooms, toilets, offices and common areas, with split shifts (5am–9am and 2pm–6pm) at listed sites. Uniforms provided and training offered.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Cleared Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Ability to obtain Probity Clearance at no cost.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Available Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, toilets, offices and common areas.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
• Perform light outdoor duties such as leaf blowing and cobweb removal.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety requirements.

• Blaxland High School (5am to 9am and 2pm to 6pm, Split shift)

Please note: Applicants must be available to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our cleaning team, you'll help create clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments by:

• Cleaning classrooms, toilets, offices, and common areas
• Maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
• Performing light outdoor duties such as leaf blowing and removing cobwebs
• Following cleaning procedures and safety requirements
