Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking dedicated Cleaners to support Defence personnel at RAAF Base Amberley. You will maintain clean, safe living and working spaces on base, including accommodation and offices, while adhering to site procedures and prioritising service quality.

You will work as part of a supportive team, with stable hours and opportunities for growth within a national facilities and hospitality provider.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience.
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.

Role locations:

• RAAF Base Amberley

• General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Following safety and hygiene standards and site-specific procedures
