Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our team in Mount Isa. The role involves cleaning activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces during evening shifts, with a focus on safety and proper use of materials.

We offer flexible hours Monday to Friday, an hourly rate with part-time loading, uniform and PPE, and exclusive retailer discounts. A positive attitude and basic checks are expected to support a growing Australian facilities management business.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a smartphone for work communication.
• Must have valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's license and own car are preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
