Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a part-time cleaner for Andergrove, QLD. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00pm–9:00pm, with a competitive hourly rate and part-time loading.

The role involves cleaning activity rooms, sanitising surfaces, and maintaining hygiene across shared spaces. Applicants should have a positive attitude, reliable transport, and a smartphone for work communications. Flexibility to cover multiple sites and willing to obtain required checks are expected.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Smartphone for work communication is required.
• Valid working rights in Australia are required.
• Driver’s licence and own car are preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
