Job summary

Green by Nature maintains and enhances outdoor spaces around Sydney CBD. The Cleansing Team handles outdoor cleaning tasks to keep parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides pristine and inviting.

Role involves physical outdoor work with early starts, a Monday–Friday schedule, and PPE provided. No experience is required, and a manual driving licence is a plus. Growth opportunities exist within the team.

About the Role

As a member of our Cleansing Team, you will maintain the cleanliness and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces across the stunning open spaces parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides around Sydney CBD. This hands‑on position involves outdoor cleaning tasks, ensuring our environments are pristine and inviting.

• Tasks such as blowing, raking, sweeping, pressure washing
• Litter picking and rubbish collection
• Graffiti removal
• Cleaning bins, bubblers and BBQs
