Job summary

G&T Talent Solutions partners with a family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business to recruit a reliable team member for residential, NDIS and holiday homes. The role offers consistent, ongoing work with full training provided.

You will work in a small team, maintain high cleaning standards, and build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. ABN or willingness to obtain one and a valid driver's licence are preferred.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.

Job Description

We’re currently partnering with a small family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business experiencing growth and looking to expand their team. This could suit you if you:

• Have cleaning experience and looking for a consistent and supportive environment, or
• Are looking for your next step, build your leadership skills and grow within a local business.

Full training is provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to exceptionnal customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Work in a team of 2, across residential, NDIS and holiday homes
• Maintain high standards across all cleans
• Build strong relationships with clients

What’s on Offer

• $35-$40/hour depending on experience
• Working hours between 8am - 3.30pm
• Consistent, ongoing work
• All equipment and uniform provided (small weekly fee applies)
