Job summary

City FM in Melbourne is seeking a friendly cleaner for casual evening shifts (7pm–9pm), Monday to Friday, to maintain activity rooms and shared spaces. You will disinfect high-touch surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop, and ensure safety by following OH&S policies.

A valid work right in Australia and a proactive attitude are essential. Uniform and PPE are provided, and there are exclusive perks including retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own car (preferred).
• Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
