Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is seeking reliable team members for casual evening cleaning roles. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7pm-9pm, with a focus on maintaining clean activity rooms and shared spaces across facilities.

You will disinfect high-touch areas, dust, vacuum and mop, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with requirements including working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s license where possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Must have a smartphone for work communication; valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's license and own car preferred; willingness to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment and machinery per guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting and kneeling.
