Job summary

Serco is seeking reliable, hardworking school cleaners to join our growing team on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We offer regular school-term hours, training and a path to leadership, with both part-time and full-time roles available.

Shift times include early morning and late afternoon windows (Mon–Fri), with extra hours in school holidays. Training, uniforms, and staff benefits are provided to support your wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• Right to work in Australia.
• Working With Children Check (or willing to get one).
• Police Check (or willing to get one).
• Reliable, punctual and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, toilets and shared spaces.
• Empty bins, mop floors, vacuum and wipe surfaces.
• Refill paper towels, soap and supplies.
• Follow safety and cleaning instructions.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues.

Shift Times

• Split shift: 5:00am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm
• Must be available Monday to Friday

These are part time permanent and full time positions.

Location

Northern Beaches Region - Dee Why, Narrabeen, Avalon Beach, Frenchs Forest and surrounding areas.
