Job summary

HammondCare Cardiff is seeking a Part time Service Support Employee - Cleaner to join our team. You will contribute to delivering high-quality domestic support to residents in line with our model of care.

Shift pattern 0830am-1500pm: Monday, Thursday & Friday each week. Must have cleaning experience in a commercial environment and be willing to communicate with people living with dementia, while valuing teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Follow cleaning guidelines and schedules for equipment and surfaces.

HammondCare Cardiff is currently looking for a Part time Service Support Employee - Cleaner to join our team.

HammondCare has a unique model of care which places the resident's needs as our number one priority. As a part of the Support Service's Team you will support our model of care by delivering high quality services within the Domestic Support to our residents in accordance with the organisational mission and mission in action statement.

Shift Pattern - 0830am-1500pm: Monday / Thursday & Friday each week

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including weekends
• MUST have Cleaning experience in a commercial environment
• MUST be willing to communicate with people living with dementia
• Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
• Follow all cleaning guidelines & schedules for all equipment & working surfaces
• Demonstrated understanding of safe manual handling and standard precautions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
