Qualifications

If you’re energetic, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to have you on board! **Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.* Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.* Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.* Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.* Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment. **Shift Details (subject to change):*** Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday* Shifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00am **Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):** Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour Saturday: $40.62 per hour Sunday: $47.39 per hour **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will require the following:* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.* Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).* Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.* Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.* A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays**Additional Information** At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
