Key Responsibilities Include:

Deliver high-quality, engaging curriculum tailored to meet required educational outcomes and the diverse needs of students

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to align teaching strategies, share resources, and foster a cohesive and supportive school environment.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) pathway to guide students toward successful completion and future opportunities.

Build critical and meaningful relationships with students to encourage their academic achievement and personal growth, fostering confidence and resilience.

Support students' social, emotional, and wellbeing needs by creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Continuously assess and adapt teaching to provide individualised support, ensuring all students are empowered to achieve their personal and academic goals.

We are seeking Classroom Teachers for both our Boronia and Croydon campus' with flexibility for either part-time or full-time positions. Urban College matches the Department of Education salary scale with an added salary packaging benefit of up to $15,900 each financial year.
