We have multiple Claims Liaison Officer positions to commence in the first weeks of December. You’ll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 8 – 12 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.

So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll be the first point of contact with our customers (mainly via phone) to ensure an efficient and positive claims process
  • You’ll be responsible for assisting with the management of the 3rd Party Service Providers and Claims Payment processes
  • You’ll oversee administrative tasks relating to an onshore portfolio for specific partners
  • You’ll complete payment audit functions including liaising with Providers, Internal and External Stakeholders, reconciliation of accounts and determining case coverage
  • You’ll act as the primary contact point for administrative-level escalations and claims, ensuring turnaround and processing in alignment with GICOP and AFCA legislation

  • You’ll have a passion for providing leading customer service
  • You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to both build rapport and have difficult conversations with stakeholders as required
  • You’ll have proven experience in a similar role eg administration, financial auditing, claims, customer service
  • You’ll have the ability to detect and observe patterns
  • You’ll ideally possess a strong understanding of insurances processes and legislation
