A government health organization in New South Wales is seeking a Claims & Litigation Officer to support their staff in challenging situations. This role involves managing diverse cases with accuracy and compassion while communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be organized and detail-focused, with strong computer skills. Position Title: Claims & Litigation Officer
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
Salary Range: $104,517.33 - $107,557.25 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Snr Admin Off Gde 1)
Location: Negotiable between NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park and Western Administration Office, Dubbo.

As the Claims & Litigation Officer, you'll manage a diverse and meaningful portfolio where no two days are the same. You’ll also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and be part of a supportive team committed to service excellence.
You’re an experienced and organised professional who can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. You communicate with empathy, handle confidential information with care, and have the confidence to interpret policies, awards and procedures. You’re proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems will help you succeed in this role.
