ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd. is seeking a Civil Team Leader in NSW to lead and grow our civil capability, combining people leadership with hands-on project delivery across defence, health and government sectors.

You will mentor a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable growth while delivering high-quality engineering outcomes across multi-disciplinary civil projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Civil Engineer with CPEng (or working towards) and demonstrated experience delivering complex projects from concept through to delivery.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management and building high-performing cultures.
• Strong business development capability with a track record of building client relationships and winning work.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing civil team, driving engagement, capability uplift and alignment with ACOR’s national standards and culture.
• Drive business development by building strong client relationships and securing new project opportunities across target sectors.
• Lead and contribute to the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary civil projects, ensuring high-quality, compliant and commercially successful outcomes.
• Oversee project performance, resourcing and risk management, supporting strong commercial outcomes across the project portfolio.
• Support the growth of NSW capability through strategic input, team planning and continuous improvement of systems, processes and delivery practices.
