Bugarrba, in collaboration with SRG Global, seeks a Site Supervisor to guide site personnel in the safe and successful delivery of civil construction works in Australia. You will work closely with the Site Superintendent to forecast resources, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure work is on time, on budget and to quality standards while upholding SRG's Zero Harm culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience in road construction and bulk earthworks.
• Proven ability to supervise site teams and mentor staff.
• Strong communication with client representatives and internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Assist Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager with resource forecasting and allocation.
• Ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and to SRG quality standards.
• Interpret issued drawings and documentation.
• Instruct and manage Leading Hands and site crew; provide progress reports.
• Monitor site safety and mitigate risks; promote Zero Harm culture.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment; liaise with suppliers.
