Job summary

Amida Group is seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our civil contracting team in New South Wales. The role focuses on tender work, planning and scheduling, and leading site teams across a range of projects from $2m to $40m+.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of civil construction experience, a tertiary Civil Engineering qualification, and strong communication skills to manage client expectations and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tend to tenders and bid preparations.
• Plan and schedule construction activities on site.
• Manage site project teams safely and efficiently.
• Oversee QA, cost and time management.
• Prepare and present management reports.
• Resolve site issues promptly and liaise with clients.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet milestones.
