Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Civil Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major gas turbine power station project in Queensland. This hands-on role coordinates civil construction work packages from engineering to close-out, ensuring constructability and safety.

You will lead day-to-day civil work delivery, review drawings and specifications, manage work packs and subcontractors, and provide field engineering support across civil interfaces with mechanical, electrical and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Current RPEQ registration, or willingness to obtain RPEQ.
• Experience on gas-fired power generation, power-station, Balance of Plant or EPC construction projects.
• Experience delivering civil works around major electrical or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned civil work packages.
• Review civil drawings, specs, geotechnical data for constructability.
• Manage work packs, methodologies, material requirements and subcontractor scopes.
• Coordinate civil interfaces with ME, EC, structural and commissioning teams.
• Provide field-engineering support and resolve technical issues in construction.
