Randstad is seeking Civil Plant Operators for a major road and bridge infrastructure upgrade project in Kuraby, QLD. Opportunities exist across excavators, skid steers, backhoes, tandem tipper trucks and rollers on a full-time basis.

Applicants should have proven civil construction plant experience, current plant tickets, a Construction White Card, and the ability to work safely around live traffic. Overtime opportunities and well-maintained machinery are on offer.

Formación

• Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects.
• Relevant plant tickets or licences.
• Construction White Card.
• Experience working around live traffic, machinery and ground crews.
• Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks.
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate civil plant on road and bridge upgrade site.
• Carry out pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with ground crews and traffic control measures.
• Maintain safe operations and report issues to supervision.
