Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Construction White Card
• Reliable transport required
• Pass pre-employment medical
• Team player who can also work independently
• Strong safety awareness and compliance

Responsibilities

• Digging holes and shoveling
• Spreading topsoil, mulch and turf
• De-watering
• Spotting on site
• Operate plant machinery when ticketed

We’re on the lookout for energetic Civil Labourers to jump on board for exciting current and upcoming projects on the Central Coast. If you’re fit, ready for some hands‑on action, and want to grow with us, we want to hear from you!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Digging holes & shoveling
• Spreading topsoils, mulch and turf
• De‑watering
• Spotting
• Operate plant machinery (must have a VOC or ticket!)

Bonus Skills

Confined Space & Working Safely at Heights (desirable) OR Machinery tickets (Roller/Front End Loader/Skid Steer/Excavator) are a plus!
