Job summary

AWX is seeking experienced Civil Labourers for a long-term civil construction project in and around Nimbin, NSW. An immediate start is available with 18+ months of work on a local project, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to build civil construction skills.

As part of a civil crew you will assist with road construction, trenching, pit and pipe installation, and site clean-up, while supporting operators and maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction roles, preferably road works.
• Ability to assist with road construction and infrastructure activities.
• Comfort with physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Spotting machinery and assisting operators.
• General road construction and road-building duties.
• Traffic control support, signage and flagging.
• Trenching and excavation support.
• Pit and pipe installation duties.
• General civil labouring and site clean-up.
