Job summary

Torra Staffing and Recruitment is seeking Civil Labourers for upcoming opportunities across major subdivision and road infrastructure projects in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region. We offer casual assignments with consistent hours, long-term opportunities, and competitive hourly rates.

We are looking for workers with Civil construction experience, a valid White Card, a valid driver’s licence, reliable transport, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is essential.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• RII or VOC qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a variety of civil construction activities on subdivision and road projects.
• Performing general labouring duties alongside operators and civil crews.
• Supporting site teams to achieve project deadlines and quality outcomes.
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Working closely with supervisors, trades and project teams.

Torra Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Civil Labourers for upcoming opportunities with some of NSW's leading civil contractors.

With multiple subdivision and road infrastructure projects scheduled across the region, we are looking to connect with reliable, safety-focused workers seeking consistent hours and long-term opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with a variety of civil construction activities on subdivision and road projects
