Job summary

A leading infrastructure firm in Brisbane seeks a Civil Estimator to join their team, focusing on water and wastewater projects. You will use first principles to develop estimates and work closely with subcontractors and stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Estimator in a tier 1 environment.
• Experience in estimating O&M rates based opportunities is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates for Utility based projects focusing on water and wastewater.
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct research on labour costs and materials.
• Liaise with designers and suppliers for cost calculations.

Skills

Proven experience (min 3+ years) as a Civil Estimator

Experience pricing large and small Water/Waste Water projects

Familiarity with financial and project management principles

Experience in using Estimating software

Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 culture
