Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking experienced Civil/Earthworks Supervisors to join our Construction team in Western Australia on major projects. This 2x1 FIFO roster from Perth offers exposure to large EPC-style construction and a clear path for career progression.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in supervisory roles within Civil Construction and Earthworks, a trades background, and proven ability to manage onsite contractors on Tier 1 contracts, with strong safety focus and leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Supervisory capacity specifically within the Civil Construction and/or Earthworks scope.
• Trades background.
• Experience in managing onsite contractors on large Tier 1 contracts.
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards in the construction and mining sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership abilities.
• Valid National Police clearance.
• The ability to pass a full medical and DAS.
• S26, current first aid and white card - essential.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring proper training and support for all personnel, and meeting HSE standards.
• Cultivating a positive and productive work culture for a diverse team of trades and contractors.
• Reviewing site plans to ensure alignment with project objectives throughout the construction phase.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with GRES/Client policies, industry standards, and safe work procedures.
