Job summary

Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec (WGA) is seeking proactive Civil Design Engineers to join our Melbourne team. With a strong pipeline of transport, energy and civil infrastructure projects, you’ll work on diverse assignments while collaborating with industry-leading specialists across Australia.

The successful candidate will hold a Civil Engineering qualification (Diploma in Civil Design or equivalent), have 3+ years’ experience in civil design, and be proficient in OpenRoads, Civil 3D and/or 12D,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in civil engineering design within a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in OpenRoads, Civil 3D and/or 12D.
• Experience delivering road, highway, transport, or civil infrastructure projects.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil design models, drawings, and documentation for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on diverse transport and civil projects.
• Contribute to the delivery of road and highway design within a Melbourne-based team.
