Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support the delivery of early and core civil packages on a major Power Plant project in Queensland.

This role involves coordinating subcontractors, overseeing daily site activities and ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Monadelphous offers a competitive remuneration package, a 2:1 roster and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale construction or energy projects.
• Strong background in concrete foundations and formwork.
• Experience delivering underground services and utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors onsite.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors delivering civil construction works.
• Coordinate daily site activities in line with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Support the Civil Superintendent in delivering key project outcomes.
• Monitor progress and manage competing priorities across site.
