City of Coffs Harbour's Coastal Works team is seeking motivated Civil Construction Attendants to join multiple permanent full-time roles. You’ll work across roadworks, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, concreting, earthworks and general construction activities, operating plant and equipment alongside experienced tradespeople.

We’re looking for reliable, safety‑focused candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to essential community projects.

Qualifications

About the role

Looking for stable work, a supportive team and the opportunity to build your skills?

We're seeking motivated Civil Construction Attendants to join our Coastal Works team. Working across a range of civil construction projects, you'll be involved in roadworks, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, concreting, earthworks and general construction activities. You'll work alongside experienced operators and tradespeople, operate plant and equipment, and help deliver important infrastructure projects for our community.

We are currently recruiting for multiple permanent full-time positions. This recruitment campaign may also be used to create a talent pool for future permanent, fixed-term and casual opportunities across our Coastal Works team.

About you

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating plant and equipment, and being part of a team that delivers essential infrastructure for the community, we'd love to hear from you.
