Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.
• Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams.
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Experience navigating DAs/SSDs or precinct planning is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of professionals with mentorship and guidance.
• Delivering private sector approvals across diverse markets.
• Engaging with clients to support master, precinct or regional planning.
• Applying infrastructure's role in land use planning.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Preparing reports to high technical/editorial standards.
• Managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Strengthening key client relationships.
