Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment represents a client seeking a Manager for City Environment to lead the Environmental Department. You will develop and implement environmental policy and strategy, oversee catchment management, and manage asbestos and construction waste programs.

You will provide expert technical advice on environmental matters and lead a diverse team to deliver best-practice outcomes, ensuring compliance, sustainability and measurable improvements across city environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in environment sustainability, biodiversity, climate change and catchment management.
• Experience leading and managing a diverse team delivering specialist programs with proven results.
• Experience in asbestos-related matters including construction and demolition waste management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the City Environment Department to ensure effective policy and strategy delivery.
