Job summary

HOYTS is one of Australia’s most exciting entertainment destinations, and our Cinema Crew Members play a hands-on role in creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for every guest—from entry to credits. This role involves customer service, maintaining a clean, welcoming cinema, and supporting ticketing, food & beverage, and floor service.

As a part-time, permanent team member, you’ll rotate through different cinema areas, enjoy discounted tickets and crew events, and receive guaranteed minimum

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable team member with a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to a flexible roster, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a friendly, genuine attitude.
• Keeping our cinemas clean, comfortable, and looking their best.
• Supporting operations across ticketing, food & beverage, floor service - including serving HOYTS’ iconic popcorn and choc tops.
• Assisting with stock rotation, session checks, and cleaning duties.
• Helping bring promotions and special experiences to life.
