Pillow Talk Australia is hiring Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants for our Mile End store. Be part of a friendly, customer-focused team bringing festive home decor to life across Australia.

You’ll be energetic, available seven days, and ready to learn about linen and homewares. This temporary role offers weekend work, opportunities to earn incentives, and a supportive team environment.

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues.
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities in a busy retail environment.
• You have great availability for work across seven days, especially busy weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unpack new Christmas stock and assist customers with decorative looks for the home.
• Help customers create stylish festive looks for trees, tables and rooms.
• Participate in a seasonal team, supporting store readiness for peak period.
• Engage with customers to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Support store team across shifts and busy periods.

Now is your opportunity to be part of Pillow Talk, by joining us in these highly exciting Christmas CasualRetail Sales Assistant rolesat our Mile End store.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. Anyone can offer you a job at Christmas, but we’ve got something else in mind - JOY! It's not about how much you know about linen, homewares, or bedding (we can teach you that!), it’s about you, and your unwavering passion to delight every customer you engage!

A bit about you…

• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones... (comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
