Job summary

Prouds is seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants to join our busy festive team in stores across Australia. This fixed-term role runs through to 17 January 2027 with flexible shifts and the chance to turn a seasonal job into ongoing opportunities.

No jewellery or retail experience? No problem—training is provided, and you’ll learn on the job while delivering friendly, personalised service and helping customers find the perfect piece.

Qualifications

• Must-have attitude, eager to learn, friendly and reliable.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch while delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
• Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.
