Job summary

Robin's Kitchen Brookside is seeking Christmas Casuals to join our team during the peak season. If you love food and entertaining, you’ll help customers find the perfect cookware, gadgets, gifts and entertaining essentials while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced retail environment with product training, team discounts, and opportunities for ongoing roles beyond Christmas for the right team members.

Qualifications

• Love food, cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Enjoy talking to people and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Have retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
• Can work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and the Christmas/New Year period.
• Enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cookware, gadgets, gifts and entertaining essentials.
• Provide product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Support a fun, supportive team environment during the Christmas period.
