The Marketing Collective is seeking energetic Uni students to join our team as Christmas Casuals. You’ll work at shopping centres, festivals and events across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, gaining real sales and communication experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role is casual with flexible hours during the break; on-site shifts include weekends and holidays. Paid training and performance-based bonuses are offered, with potential for more hours during peak periods.

The uni semester is wrapping up. How’s your summer break looking?

The Marketing Collective (TMC) is an event promotions company that runs campaigns at shopping centres, festivals, markets, and community events across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Summer is our busiest season, and we’re looking for energetic people to join the team.

Whether you end up in business, law, health, marketing or running your own company, sales and communication skills will set you apart. At TMC, you won’t just learn them from a textbook. You’ll practise them every shift, with real people and real results.
