Job summary

Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals for our HOUSE store at Tea Tree Plaza. You’ll engage with customers, share product knowledge and help shoppers find the perfect kitchen and homeware items during the peak festive period.

Ideal candidates bring energy, friendly communication and a willingness to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Previous retail or hospitality experience is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and assist customers in finding products.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and questions during the busy Christmas period.
• Provide friendly service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain store appearance and support multi-brand coverage during peak times.

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Love food, cooking, entertaining and all things kitchen
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
• Enjoy talking to customers and helping them find the perfect product
• Have previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are confident working in a busy environment
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Are flexible across weekdays, evenings, weekends and the Christmas/New Year period
• Love being part of a team
