Job summary

Robin's Kitchen is hiring Christmas Casuals in Coffs Harbour to help customers find cookware, gadgets and entertaining essentials during the festive season. Join a passionate team and gain exposure to leading kitchenware brands while enjoying staff discounts and product training. Ideal candidates love food, cooking and talking to people.

Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends is expected as we gear up for the busy

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work during peak Christmas period.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide information on kitchenware.
• Maintain attractive and organized store displays and stock.
• Handle transactions at the register and support checkout processes.
• Contribute to a fun and friendly shopping environment during peak times.
