We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the Christmas season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. • Will provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.

• Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
• Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.

What you will be doing :

• Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.
• Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
• Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
