Job summary

Goldmark is hiring a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant in Rockhampton during the festive season. This fixed-term position runs through to 17 January 2027 with flexible shifts, training provided and opportunities for ongoing casual or part-time work afterwards.

You will help customers find jewellery and watches, learn product knowledge on the job, and contribute to creating a stylish, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• No jewellery or retail experience required; training provided.
• Great attitude, love working with people and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding jewellery and watches and deliver friendly, personalised service.

As part of our Christmas team, you'll:

• Help customers find jewellery and watches they'll love while delivering fun, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Create stylish product displays, replenish stock and keep the store looking fresh, inviting and on trend.
• Work alongside an energetic team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.
