Job summary

Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Helpers to assist in our stores during the festive season in Victoria, Australia. You’ll help customers create magical moments with our homeware displays, while supporting stocking, merchandising and POS service.

Ideal candidates enjoy a busy retail environment, bring positive energy, and can work weekends and evenings during the peak trading period from 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and adaptable for a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work across peak festive season with flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to help customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service.
• Unpack and replenish stock to keep shelves well presented.
• Support visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store appearance.
• Be available during the peak period 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, incl. weekends and evenings.

They will:

• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.
• Bring positive energy, confidence and a can-do attitude to every shift.
• Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service.
• Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and supporting visual merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
• Have strong availability throughout the Christmas season and be available to work during our peak trading period from 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, including weekends and evenings.

Candidates with extensive availability across the festive trading period, including peak trading days such as Boxing Day, will be highly regarded.
