Job summary

dusk is recruiting Christmas Casual Team Members for Canberra locations to help customers find the perfect gift, keep stock moving and bring the dusk Christmas experience to life. This seasonal role starts in November and runs through the peak trading period, with late nights, weekends and public holidays required.

Two roles: Customer Assistant and Stock Controller. You’ll enjoy generous team discounts, a warm, collaborative culture and flexible hours during the busy season.

• Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention
• Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and contributing to team success
• Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance, décor piece, or festive gift
• Receive, unpack and process stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Pick and process Ship-to-Store and customer orders
• Keep stock replenished, organised and ready for our busiest trading days
• Keep our stores beautiful, inviting and aligned to our brand and visual standards
• Jump in, support your teammates and help keep the energy high during the busy season

As a Christmas Casual Team Member, you’ll be part of making those moments happen during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year.

This advertisement is recruiting Christmas Casuals for the following dusk locations: Canberra Centre, Belconnen, Gungahlin, Woden, Tuggeranong.

This Christmas, we know that everyone shines in different ways. Others are at their best behind the scenes – keeping stock flowing, orders moving and everything running smoothly.

We’re building our Christmas team around what our people do best, with two roles to choose from:

• Customer Assistant – creating thoughtful, joy-filled customer experiences while supporting all areas of the store.
• Stock Controller – keeping things moving behind the scenes through stock, replenishment and customer order fulfilment.
