Job summary

Chairo Christian School is seeking a Year 5–6 Primary Core Teacher for the Middle School (Years 5–8) at our Drouin campus, commencing January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver the curriculum with a Christian worldview and support a caring, faith-centered learning community.

The role requires relevant education qualifications and VIC Teaching registration, with desirable experience teaching upper primary and a commitment to the school’s Statement of Faith.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in education and Vic—Teaching registration are required.
• Experience teaching upper primary is desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to the school’s Statement of Faith.
• Ability to utilise a range of teaching strategies to meet students’ needs.
• Ability to build strong partnering relationships with students and parents.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
