Qualifications

• Possess current registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia, or be eligible for registration.
• Continued commitment to improved practices in line with AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Australian citizenship, or capacity to fulfil visa/entry requirements if a non-citizen residing in Australia or overseas

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning programs aligned to the college curriculum and Christian philosophy.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and provide timely feedback.
• Model a Christ-centred life and integrate Biblical principles into teaching programs.
• Support student wellbeing and establish a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide clear semester reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design quality assessment tasks and moderation.
• Engage in professional learning to improve teaching practice and align with college goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student engagement.
• Uphold duty of care, child safety standards and school policies.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development days
