Job summary

Yancoal Australia is seeking a CHPP Mechanical Supervisor in the Mudgee region to lead the inspection and maintenance of the CHPP mechanical infrastructure. On a daily basis you will undertake equipment inspections, manage maintenance and improvements, and assist with installations.

You will be part of Australia’s largest pure-play coal producer with sites across NSW, QLD and WA, offering strong safety culture, learning and development opportunities, and a family-friendly regional lifestyle in

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mechanical or related field.
• Experience in CHPP or heavy industry.
• Ability to work in a multi-skilled team.
• Commitment to safe work practices.

• Relevant mechanical trade qualification: fixed or mobile plant.
• Proven CHPP or other heavy industry experience.
• Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team.
• Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.
• Sound computer literacy.
