About the Role

As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored person-centred support. Whether its daily living assistance emotional guidance or community engagement your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Youll work across a 24 / 7 rotating roster including sleepovers active nights weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individualised support to people with disabilities and young people
  • Assist with personal care mobility and skill development
  • Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
  • Support community participation and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
  • Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
  • Create safe trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs
