Job summary

Mind Connect Psychology in Kogarah, NSW is seeking a Psychologist to join a warm, values-driven private practice. The role focuses on children and adolescents, offers a supportive team culture, regular supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment.

You’ll deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy) and work closely with families, schools and GPs.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration and eligibility for Medicare provider number.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in private practice or related settings.
• Experience with child and adolescent clients is highly valued.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop thoughtful case conceptualisations for clients.
• Create and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and other modalities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, schools, GPs and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate notes and timely documentation.
