The Position

Beyond Blue is seeking an accomplished and influential executive to serve as its next Chief Strategy Officer and help shape the organisation’s strategic direction, public voice and community impact across Australia.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Team, the Chief Strategy Officer will lead Beyond Blue’s advocacy role and provide enterprise leadership across strategy, policy, government relations, external affairs, strategic communications, evidence and impact, diversity and inclusion, and lived and living experience.

The role will bring together mental health expertise, community voice, contemporary evidence and expert advice to shape organisational priorities, influence public policy and system reform, and continue strengthening Beyond Blue’s position as a trusted and influential advocate for mental health and wellbeing.
