Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and performance of Valley Precise Global.
• Develop and execute strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Drive sales, business development and customer relationships.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, scheduling and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and margins.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Group leadership to ensure commercial discipline.
• Develop and motivate the VPG team and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure systems, processes and reporting support growth.
