The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented operational leader with the capability to make a significant impact on a rapidly expanding multi-state specialist medical practice. The Chief Operating Officer will join our client's executive team and drive operational excellence across multiple clinic locations spanning three states.

Your Mission

As COO, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between clinical excellence and commercial success. You'll establish robust governance frameworks, implement scalable operational systems, and lead organizational change—all while preserving the collaborative culture that defines our client's patient-centered approach.


Key Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance


  • Design and implement comprehensive governance frameworks supporting multi-state operations

  • Partner with medical specialist directors to align clinical objectives with operational priorities

  • Create accountability structures ensuring compliance across healthcare regulations


Operational Excellence


  • Optimize organizational structure across all clinic locations

  • Conduct workforce analysis and implement scalable staffing models

  • Drive technology implementations and system integrations

  • Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement processes


Financial Stewardship


  • Oversee P&L performance across multiple locations and service lines

  • Develop comprehensive budgeting frameworks and cost optimization strategies

  • Lead disciplined financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring


Risk Management & Compliance


  • Implement systematic risk identification and mitigation frameworks

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple state jurisdictions

  • Foster culture of transparency and continuous improvement
